There is much to do in the immediate area, such as hiking and bird watching in Madera Canyon, and visiting Tubac with its art galleries and quaint restaurants. In nearby Tucson - Sabino Canyon Tram Ride, the Sonoran Desert Museum, Old Tucson, Pima Air Museum and many other attractions are all great destinations. And, don't forget in the Northern Part of the State - Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon.
The kitchen is equipped with most cooking essentials, including almost anything you would need to cook. Some staples, such as flour, sugar, salt, pepper, baking soda, etc. are already in the home.

Deposit required - $500 or 15% of total rental, whichever is greater. Deposit requested within 10 days of confirmation. First Month Rent due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation made within 30 days of arrival, then full payment required for the first month. For cancellations received within 45 days of the start of the rental, the deposit is non-refundable unless the requested rental space is rebooked. For multiple month rentals, payment for the 2nd and subsequent months are due on the 15th of the month prior to the start of each subsequent month of the rental.
