Deposit

Reservation deposit of $ 250 or 10% of the total rental whichever is greater.

First Month Payment required 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation made within 30 days of arrival then full payment required at that time for the first month.

For Cancellations received within 60 days of the start of the rental the deposit is non-refundable unless the requested rental space is rebooked.

For multiple month rentals payment for the 2nd and subsequent months are due 10 days prior to the start of each subsequent month of the rental.

Security Deposit $500 payable with first month’s rental. Refundable if no damage

Cleaning Fee

$150.00 – Non refundable
