Show property, inspect property, greet rental guests, prepare home for rental, inspect home at end of rental, arrange cleaning if needed, verify repairs needed.

Fix minor problems and determine if expert repairs needed.
Represent owner in all rental matters except negotiation of rent and finalization of lease.

Basic charge $25 per hour.

Alternative is Monthly retainer at $35 per month would only apply in months home is rented.

During months when house is unoccupied will monitor the interior and exterior of the house. Including plumbing and exterior watering system as well as weed removal.  $40 per month.
